Who we are

hagaid.com is operated by Hagai Davidoff, a registered sole proprietor in Israel (business number 033761586), referred to below as "we" or "us". For any privacy question, write to us at hagai@hagaid.com.

We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you enroll in a course, contact us, join our mailing list, or write to us, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to write. Enrolling in a course also creates an order record.

Payment details

Payments are processed through Wix's secure payment system. Your card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored by us. We see only the confirmation of the transaction and the details needed to issue an invoice.

Software licenses

When you buy a product that requires license activation, such as a software plug-in, we store the name and email address given at purchase together with the license key. This is used solely to issue your license, to validate it against the software, and to support you if something goes wrong. It is not used for any other purpose.

Information collected automatically. As on any website, technical data about your visit is collected: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, and the site you arrived from. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies and measurement tools

This site uses cookies. Some are essential to how it works, such as signing in to your member area and keeping your cart. Others are used for measurement and advertising.

The third-party tools running on this site are Google Analytics, the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), and the TikTok pixel. They collect aggregate information about site usage, which helps us understand what works and show more relevant advertising. You can block cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may then stop working properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run, and only as far as necessary:

Wix: site infrastructure, member area, course platform, payment processing
Green Invoice: issuing invoices and receipts as required by Israeli law
Google: site analytics and email delivery
Meta and TikTok: advertising performance measurement

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.

Our use of TikTok

We operate our own TikTok accounts and use the TikTok APIs to manage them and to read performance data about our own content. This data concerns accounts that we own. It does not concern individual TikTok users, it is not used to identify any person, and it is not combined with information collected on this website. We do not manage accounts, run campaigns, or process data on behalf of any third party.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as Israeli tax law requires. Mailing list details are kept until you ask to be removed. Technical and analytics data is kept for shorter periods, according to the settings of the measurement tools.

Security

The site runs over SSL, and administrative accounts are protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but as with any online system, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything inaccurate, to ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, and to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 18. If we discover that we have, we will delete it. A parent who believes their child has given us information is welcome to
